Cash for Chat – Terms and Conditions


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the platform, the user fully accepts these terms and conditions.


2. User Definition

Users are divided into two categories:

* Client: The user who books a call or chat session.

* Expert: The user who provides consultation, entertainment, or educational services.


3. Age and Legal Capacity

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.


4. Registration and Account Information

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for the security of their own account.


5. Identity Verification

The company may require identity verification to ensure user safety and authenticity.


6. Scheduling and Booking

Experts announce their availability on the system, and clients can only book sessions during those specified hours.


7. Booking Confirmation

Experts must confirm bookings within a specified timeframe; otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the reservation.


8. Auto-Cancellation of Bookings

If the expert does not confirm the booking within the required time, the session will be automatically canceled.


9. Conducting Sessions

If both parties are present and the booking is confirmed, the session will take place online.


10. Session Recording Prohibition

Neither party is allowed to record, save, or distribute session content without the company’s official permission.


11. Payment to Experts

If no complaint is filed by the client within 48 hours after the session, payment will be released to the expert.


12. Complaints and Refunds

Clients can file a complaint within 48 hours of the session. The company will review the case and may issue a full or partial refund.


13. Pricing and Commission

Experts set their own service rates. The platform deducts a specified percentage as commission from each transaction.


14. Professional Conduct

All users must behave respectfully, honestly, and responsibly. Any abuse, harassment, or threats will result in account suspension.


15. Off-Platform Services Prohibited

Providing or receiving similar services outside the platform is prohibited. Violators’ accounts will be suspended.


16. Unauthorized Use of Brand

Using Cash for Chat’s name, logo, or brand elements without written permission is prohibited.


17. Tax Responsibility

Users (especially experts) are responsible for declaring and paying taxes related to their income in their country of residence.


18. Service Modifications or Discontinuation

The company may change or discontinue services temporarily or permanently for technical, legal, or commercial reasons.


19. Geographic Restrictions

The platform may be unavailable or limited in certain countries or regions due to legal or technical issues.


20. Expert Work Status

Experts operate as independent contractors and are not employees of the company.


21. Privacy Protection

User data is collected and stored in accordance with the company’s privacy policy.


22. Content Usage

Reproduction, copying, or commercial use of platform content is prohibited without written permission from the company.


23. Information Security

The company commits to using up-to-date security standards to protect user data.


24. Temporary Account Deactivation

The company may temporarily deactivate user accounts, especially in cases of violations or pending investigations.


25. Suspicious Activity & Security Reviews

In case of suspicious activity, the company has the right to review, restrict, or suspend the relevant account.


26. User Content Responsibility

Each user is responsible for the content they share on the platform. Illegal or offensive content is prohibited.


27. Company Disclaimer

The company is not responsible for disputes, damages, or outcomes arising from user interactions.


28. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseeable incidents such as natural disasters, internet outages, or political unrest, the company is not liable for service disruptions.


29. Terms Updates

The company may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated version.
